Resident Concierge
You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents when they arrive at home. Your goal is to create positive impressions and relationships.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
- Planning events that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
- Maintaining a consistently positive experience and meticulously cared for community.
- Encouraging satisfied customers to share their experiences online.
- Organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators.
- Working weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
- Proficient with various software, apps and computer programs.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver many packages during the holidays).
