Job Description
This role supports the Lead Category Manager for Operations and is responsible for Upstream Category Management for BP Energy. As part of this team, you will be responsible for supporting the relationship with Business Unit Operations partners and their Leadership in the region, and deliver value through exhibiting BP values and establishing effective works with customers.
You will provide expertise in category management strategies, supplier management plans, including contract negotiations and implementation of short and long-term agreements. You will also ensure that BPX and PSCM standards, processes, and operating systems are implemented in all PSCM activities.
Requirements
- University degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering/technical field
- Strong analytical, project management, and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to be influential and drive the PSCM agenda with internal stakeholders, and to negotiate with suppliers

Travel Requirements
This role requires up to 25% travel and is not eligible for relocation. The position is a hybrid of office/remote working.
