Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, have a strong background in project management with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Duties

• Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, taking the lead on project planning to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met in accordance with time and budgetary requirements.
• Conduct routine site visits and maintain strong relationships with field crews, engineers and business partners.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including external contractors and subcontractors, engineers and field crews, to ensure that all project milestones are met.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement in future projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization- as well as with clients, engineers and government agencies.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with bridge and water main construction.
• Proficient in technology and use of software such as Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
