Partnering with Mobility and Convenience leaders, the Digital Commerce Strategy Specialist will drive the development of a mid-term and long-term (3-5 years) digital commerce strategy for Mobility & Convenience, Americas with a focus on commercial growth and global alignment. Provide external and broader internal insights as input into the digital commerce strategy. Communicate, monitor and report on the Mobility &Convenience Americas digital commerce strategy and performance to deliver a differentiated, competitive offering.

Define, assess and monitor current market, industry, competitive landscape and buyer personas and identify future target markets, and offerings (products / services) and buyers
Serve as an evangelist to share the vision and opportunities and gain understanding and support from stakeholders and Mobility & Convenience, Americas team members

How much do we pay? (Base Salary ($126,000 - $250,000))
This position is eligible for US Benefits- Core. This position offers paid vacation depending your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120- 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60- 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
