Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, arrange and execute a variety of executive needs including communications, calendaring, and planning and preparing for meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize all aspects of executive areas of focus
- Research, synthesize, and deliver requested information
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and other documents as requested
- Take meeting notes, track and perform action items for follow-up
- Ensure accountability within senior leadership team
- Create, write and edit various types of documents and spreadsheets, in a professional manner
- Develop and execute an efficient documentation and filing system
- Assist with organization and planning of meetings and events for the senior leadership team and all-company
- Arrange travel/itineraries, reconcile and submit expense reports
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background preferred
- 2 years in work that requires the above listed skills and qualifications
- 3 years supporting an executive and/or multiple executives/senior level leaders simultaneously preferred
- Certification and/or experience in project management preferred
- Desire to learn the ins and outs of our company and industry
