We are seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney for its Springfield, Massachusetts office.
This is an excellent opportunity for defense attorneys who wish to further develop in their careers by working with nationally recognized attorneys.
Associates will be expected to independently manage a caseload involving medical malpractice claims.
Practice Area: Medical Malpractice (Defense)
Requirements:
Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
2 to 3 years of experience in defense litigation preferred(clerkship experience is a plus).
Assist with mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
Draft and argue dispositive motions.
Perform legal research and prepare and respond to discovery.
Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions.
