• We are seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney for its Springfield, Massachusetts office.
• This is an excellent opportunity for defense attorneys who wish to further develop in their careers by working with nationally recognized attorneys.
• Associates will be expected to independently manage a caseload involving medical malpractice claims.

Requirements

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in defense litigation preferred(clerkship experience is a plus).
• Assist with mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Perform legal research and prepare and respond to discovery.
• Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions.
