Customer Service Manager - Not Remote
We have 3 customer service managers to be able to start immediately or within a week or two. This position will help with client account management and managing others. The role is hands-on with training, development, and client management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with clients
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets
- Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
- Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
- Take an active role in selling goods and services
- Provide support on product selection and application
