Description
Job Summary
Responsibility for a variety of functions including Administrative Support for the Operations Manager, Warehouse Operations, Driver and Equipment Support, Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance as well as Sales support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
- Daily processing of delivery tickets
- Daily processing of driver delivery logs
- Assist in ensuring a cleaning and product organization for the warehouse and outside grounds.
- Assist in inventory management processes for the location.
- Assist in dispatch of oil and fuel deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers for accurate fuel pull points.
- Interact directly with customers by telephone, electronically, or face to face and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Assist in preparation for Open House and Visitor events
- Perform other duties as directed in the support of Senergy business objectives.
