Project Overview
The Senior Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading infrastructure estimates and construction projects, including Water, Waste Water, Civil, Earthwork, Utilities, and Structures. This role emphasizes customer focus, safety, and quality in project execution, ensuring that projects meet high standards for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team.
- Build and lead cohesive teams to successfully execute projects.
- Invest in the growth and development of others.
- Manage day-to-day team and project needs and hold them accountable for deliverables.
- Pursue, plan, bid, and execute infrastructure projects.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction standards.
- Lead the bidding process and ensure accurate bids are submitted on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Build and update detailed CPM schedules and communicate project plans to stakeholders.
- Track and report on project progress, cost control, and change order management.
- Ensure timely procurement of project materials and manage deliveries.
- Demonstrate dedication to clients through quality services and relationship building.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically infrastructure, commercial, and industrial general contracting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Skilled in scheduling software (P6) and PDF mark-up software (BlueBeam).
- Experience with bid software and ERP system software (Viewpoint).
