Overview:Braden Automotive is a reputable and established automotive group serving the Chillicothe, Ohio area with a network of 11 dealerships. We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will work in our call center, where performance is the key to success, and a flexible schedule is offered to accommodate your needs. While automotive Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred, we also welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry, offering paid training to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from potential customers interested in our automotive products and services. Initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while building rapport with customers. Provide accurate and detailed information about our vehicles, financing options, promotions, and dealership services.
Lead Generation: Identify potential buyers and capture their contact information. Record and update customer data in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Performance-Based Sales: Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets, such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and appointments set. Compensation is based on your performance.
Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a flexible work schedule that can accommodate your personal needs and commitments.
Training: Participate in our paid training program to learn about our products, services, and customer engagement techniques. Continuous learning and skill improvement are encouraged.
Requirements:
