Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent time management abilities, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Hours are Monday 8:30a-4:30p and Tuesday & Thursday 4p-9p.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, collect payments, ensure documents are completed accurately, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support as needed to other departments, including assisting with administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is required.
- Familiarity with mental health office procedures is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail in data entry and document preparation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
