What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Operations Supervisor position at Bradford Elementary School?
Bradford Elementary School is seeking a.60 FTE Building Operations Supervisor to oversee all aspects of facilities. Our building and grounds include several outdoor classrooms, two outbuildings, a storage building offsite and additional classrooms at Low St. John Forest. Duties include the implementation of the Preventative Maintenance Plan, supervision of two custodial staff, and facilities budget oversight and development. The Building Operations Supervisor works closely with the building principal and supervisory union Director of Facilities to assure a clean, safe and well-maintained school and school grounds.
Sixty teachers, paraeducators, office, custodial and food service staff work together to provide high quality education for the children in our community. Instructional excellence is rooted in the soil of relationship and restorative practices for 230 students.
