What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor of Maintenance Operations position at Taylor Community?
Come work for a well-established and leading health care provider in beautiful central New Hampshire. Located just minutes from the lakes and mountains. Taylor Community, a Long-Term Care establishment, is seeking a well-versed, knowledgeable and experienced candidate to oversee staff and all building maintenance duties on the Laconia and Meredith campuses.
Applicant Experience :
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is willing to take the initiative and work efficiently side by side with staff. Management duties include planning and strategy for preventive maintenance, skills assessment and development, training, employee performance evaluations, regulatory compliance with local, state and federal guidelines and facilities operations in a complex multiple-location campus.
The candidate will have a professional license in one of the building trades and / or BOC certification, strong HVAC mechanical and electrical skills, and have an excellent knowledge of Life Safety and building code as related to a health care facility. Previous experience in a healthcare facility is required.
