Turf and Landscape Tech

Job Specific Tasks:

· Mulching and Landscape bed maintenance

· Mowing, trimming and blowing off all turf areas around properties

· Edging of walkways, flowerbeds, and curbs throughout the property

· Operate and maintain utility vehicles and equipment, following standards and safety guidelines

· Knowledge of Stander mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers

· Carry a sense of urgency to ensure work is completed in a timely manner

· Work for extended periods of time in various weather conditions

· Daily shop upkeep, equipment and Truck Cleanliness

· Plant installation and maintenance

· Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs and trees

· Spring Clean-ups

· Snow removal

Qualifications/Requirements:

· 40 plus hours a week

· Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work

· At least 1 years of experience is preferred but will train

· Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs

· Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
