Summary
Doctor’s Lawn and Landscape is expanding our seasonal color program, and we’re looking for a passionate and creative Landscape Color Coordinator to join our team! We are growing and need a self-motivated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service—both externally to our clients and internally within our team. This role will create an irresistible color program for our Residential Customers by designing flower beds / pots for each season of the year.
Responsibilities
- Update perennial beds and seasonal pots
- Ability to consult with customers on diagnostic and maintenance techniques to prolong and enhance their landscaping
- Assist in the installation of seasonal color features
- Procure inventory for seasonal design
- Develop and grow the seasonal color program
- Collaborate with team members to execute seasonal design plans effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of annuals and perennials
- Color beds and potted displays design experience for each season of the year
- Familiarity with horticulture best practices is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pesticides for pest and weed control preferred
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Current driver’s license required.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
