Primary Function:
Our Ambler PA location is currently seeking a Product Applications Specialist. This role will have a customer focused mindset and a thorough understanding of the in-market product portfolio for Bradford White Water Heaters. The Product Application Specialist will be the liaison between internal and external customers as it relates to the construction, application, operation, and installation of the Bradford White Water Heaters in-market product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and/or sales to determine customer sizing, applications, and other technical water heater questions before the point of installation Analyze dimensional and performance characteristics of products to provide timely and accurate product support
- Provide accurate product related details for marketing literature and digital assets
- Provide internal and external sales support with regards to product cross references, sizing, etc.
- Create and/or assist in technical sales and training material/presentations for Product, Sales and Marketing
- Facilitate and/or assist with the delivery of on or off-site product training
- Analyze customer feedback to determine educational opportunities to be delivered on-site or via other channels such as on-line training
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree in business or marketing or related experience required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in a Technical and/or Customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong MS Office experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Strong customer-oriented work ethic is required
- Ability to prioritize, and manage multiple projects/topics while delivering results is required
- Strong technical and/or mathematical acumen is required
- Veterans encouraged to apply
