Responsibilities
- Manage account inquiries and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee customer-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service and sales efforts.
- Provide support in the sales process by answering questions and guiding customers through product offerings.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- A background in Avimark is advantageous but not required.
