Position Overview
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, organization, and strategic alignment of executive operations. This individual serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner to CEO, managing high-level administrative functions, streamlining workflows, and driving key initiatives that enhance executive effectiveness. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional who thrives in a high-impact environment and is passionate about driving executive efficiency and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Operations & Strategic Support
- Provide direct support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Oversee the planning and execution of leadership meetings, including agenda development, follow-ups, and action tracking.
- Manage executive priorities, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
