About the Role
Bradley Company is seeking a Brand Development Manager to drive our growth by acquiring high-value clients and expanding relationships with strategic accounts. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, primarily with Fortune 500 / 1000 companies. Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with Fortune 500 / 1000 clients.
- Leverage research, networking, and industry insights to expand Bradley Company’s customer base.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their branding needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, driving new business from lead generation through deal closure.
- Use CRM tools to track progress and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling that align with their goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive insights to offer innovative and relevant solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to secure new accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to company revenue growth.
- Identify untapped markets and develop strategies to expand Bradley Company’s footprint.
Qualifications
5 years of new business development or sales experience, ideally in branding, promotional products, or related industries.
Proven record of accomplishment of generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals with high-value clients exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to identify client pain points and craft tailored solutions. Strong networking, cold outreach, and lead-generation skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers. Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
