Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and acquire new Fortune 500/1000 clients, leveraging research, networking, and industry insights to expand Bradley Company’s customer base.
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, driving new business from lead generation through deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their branding needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Lead compelling presentations and pitches to secure new accounts, positioning Bradley Company as a trusted partner for branding solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell branding solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive insights to identify untapped markets and develop innovative strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to company revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in branding or promotional product industries.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals with high-value clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Work Environment and Expected Hours of Work
This role operates in a professional office environment; however, flexibility for remote work is available. Travel is primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected. Core work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
