About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Professional to lead our duct shop operations. This individual must be highly skilled in running a sheet metal shop, with extensive knowledge of plasma cutting machines and standard sheet metal shop tools. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sheet metal shop.
• Operate and maintain plasma machines and other standard shop tools.
• Monitor shop production, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices within the shop.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and production processes.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Expertise in operating plasma cutting machines and standard shop tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as needed.
