The Staff Accountant responsibilities include reviewing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and perparing monthly finacial statments. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping.
Team Management and CollaborationLead the financial administration team, including task assignment, performanceevaluations, and staff development;Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support operationalobjectives;Motivate and guide team members in their personal and professional development,including coaching and training;Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration and open communication.Monitoring, coordinating, and executing financial processesCoordinate and oversee financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable,budgeting, and forecasting;Conduct discussions with controllers and the CFO to evaluate the financial situation andanticipate future developments;Prepare year-end closings, financial audits, and ensure compliance with financialregulations;Provide data during tax audits and act as a point of contact for external auditors.

Knowledge & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
Experience working with ERP systems
