Bradshaw Funeral & Cremation is currently hiring a FAMILY CARE COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at our Stillwater location. We are a highly innovative family-owned funeral home with six locations in the St. Paul, Minnesota area.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
· Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
· Strong administrative skills
· Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person with our client families and internal departments.
· Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
· Partner with the Funeral Director to manage the timely and accurate completion of all tasks relating to the funeral arrangement.
· Assist with visitations and/or funeral services as required.
· Accurate and timely filing and completion of all legal documentation.
· Oversee hiring, training and development of Funeral Home Attendants.
- Answer phone calls and provide support and assist with overall customer service
- Process paperwork and enter into computer database
- Order office supplies and keep office organized and running smoothly
- Perform general office duties such as typing, copying, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Filing, organizing, finalizing industry specific documents & procedure
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Computer/Technology Savvy
· Strong communication skills. Verbal and Written
· Ability to manage and achieve multiple tasks under pressure.
· Proficient with MS Word and Excel
· Minimum two years of administrative experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
· Ability to multi-task and work independently and with a team.
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· Willing and able to become a Commissioned Notary Public.
· Meet minimum physical requirements to perform the responsibilities and duties above.
