What we need:
We are seeking Sr. Customer Operations trainer who will guide materials and processes to follow streamlined methods and curriculum defined by best practices. Provide, update and maintain training documentation and programs for Customer Operations for new hire and in role training. Will participate/conduct Customer Operations and Sales new hire and in role training. The success of this position will depend on the ability to combine a strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while working to satisfy all training and process/procedural needs. This position has emphasis on the following systems: SAP ERP, Salesforce.com, and IBM Blueworks Live. Responsible for designing e-learning modules and documenting standard work. Will support ISO9001 and AS9100 internal and external audits.
What you’ll be doing:
- Guide others on creating learning modules for more sustainable training materials and methods
- Participating in creating and implementing training programs across Customer Operations
- Responsible for populating and analyzing new hire training models and recommending improvements or new programs
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Submit reports on training activities and results for employee 30,60,90 day reviews
- Build e-learning modules to create self-learning that will offset in classroom training
- Facilitate the creation, updating, and publishing of process and procedure documents in IBM Blueworks.
- Prepare for both internal and external audits ensuring that Brady Customer Operations is adhering to the ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Some college coursework in Business or Technical field completed
- 5 years experience as a trainer in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent system
- Experience with SAP or equivalent operating systems
