An Accounting Specialist will work closely with accounts receivable to assist with internal accounting procedures, maintain accurate records and process incoming payments.
Essential Functions:
- Set-up and Maintain Customer Vendor Accounts
- Post and balance check payments
- Process Credit Applications
- Scan and electronically file documents
- Process Mail
- Complete Special Projects as assigned
