We are in search of a Sales Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing support to dedicated Sales Representatives and their customers. This includes managing the quality and consistency of product and service delivery to the customer by meeting the customers, getting to know them and understanding their needs. In addition, provide customers with product information; resolve product or service issues and take phone calls, on-line and face to face orders. This position is essential to the sales team and BradyPLUS.
Responsibilities Include:
The pay range for this role is $21.22 per hour. This amount represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations. Responsibilities Include:
- Orders - All levels of order entry
- Assist with SDS requests, literature requests, marketing materials and tradeshows.
- Research and resolve customers’ problems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and sales professionals.
- Assist Account Reps by phone and in person. Communicate regularly with sales regarding customer pricing, problems, and requests.
- Reports, b/o report, special order with stock, b/o with stock, soft hold release.
- Assist walk in customers.
- Clean and restock showroom inventory
- Cash payments, make change and close till accurately.
- Daily Deposit Report
- Provide a high standard of efficiency, accuracy and courtesy to all customers and employees.
- Additional duties or special projects as assigned.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets helpful.
- Ability to multitask and use good time management.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.
