Position Overview
This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a profitable customer base of strategic accounts within the Industrial Packaging Vertical for the Western/Mountain Regions of US. Selected candidate will be a hunter of strategic multi-location large volume accounts and develop relationships with customers and supplier partners to enable value added selling and best business practices that promotes our National and Strategic account philosophies.
Location: This position focuses on the Western/Mountain Regions and requires travel. The selected candidate should reside in the assigned region.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with senior executives developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Ensure and maintain profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a strategic accounts.
- Implement BradyPLUS’s strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong national presence.
- Work with customer base to expand our drive for packaging automation and innovation with our equipment offering.
- Managing a sales territory to maximize sales and profit revenues that meet or exceed corporate set goals.
- The ongoing training of your skill set to ensure best in class product and market knowledge.
- Promoting the organization directives.
- Understanding needs of customer base and how they relate to the organization directives.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Educating customers on the BradyPLUS Valued added Strategic and National account process with presentations of strategies, case studies and successful trends.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Attend sales training, sales seminars, and other meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- BS Degree preferred
- Proven experience as a sales representative, national account manager or strategic account seller
- Sales competencies with large volume, multi-location account base
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Excellent selling/negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and customer base.
- Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in Industrial Packaging.
- Ability to travel on a regular basis.
