Key Responsibilities
- Generating Leads: Develop sales leads for each branch, distributing them by sales assignment.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Performance driven, annual sales volume figures will be required to meet the expectations of the market and region with consideration being given to employment terms and conditions beyond the control of the employee
- Building Relationships: All interaction with customers, fellow employees or the public must be professional and supportive of the Company values and make sure Safety, Integrity, Superior Service and Quality are not compromised.
- Presenting Product/Services: Demonstrates and maintains equipment / product knowledge developing the ability to effectively determine the best equipment to accomplish the customer’s needs.
- Contract Coordination: Handles the communication flow of Contracts, Purchase Orders and Insurance documents between the customer and the Bragg Contracts Administrator.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends and changes in customers’ business activities and work collectively with the Branch Manager in developing solutions to maintain competitiveness.
- Customer Support: Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events and maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
- Reporting: Responsible for PEC Reports, Bid Clerk, Dodge Reports. All these resources will be selected by Management.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 4 years of sales experience in a construction or equipment-related field.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact clearly with all levels of the organization.
- Driving: Must be able to drive and travel in a vehicle. For the purposes of driving, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical Conditions: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
