State Fire is currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Scheduler based in Salt Lake City, UT.
Your role as an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler will include the following responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service in-person, on the phone and email.
- Review and approve department work orders and timecards.
- Data entry into different systems.
- Submitting invoices to customers and tracking in Excel.
- Scanning and filing.
- Scheduling for 10 technicians.
- Ability to work with multiple managers.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
This position is in-person, M-F 8am-5pm.
Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have and maintain an acceptable national criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment urinalysis test, and any further randomly selected tests.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
