BrainCheck has built an end-to-end cognitive assessment and cognitive care management platform, an FDA Class II Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), which enables providers to provide cognitive healthcare to patients who previously required referral to a neuro-specialist. Our platform is being used by hundreds of providers across the country in a variety of settings, ranging from independent practices to some of the largest Health Systems in the country.
The company is funded by world-class VCs and has recently raised its Series B. Our team of 50 is based in Houston and Austin Texas, and we employ a hybrid-remote model to foster a fun and flexible work culture.
About the Role
The SMB/ Mid-Market Account Executive Role is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain extensive experience and knowledge working closely with healthcare providers and sales leaders. At BrainCheck we’ve built a successful inside sales model selling our reimbursable cognitive assessment platform. Our AE’s are critical to driving growth for the company, and this is a great opportunity for the right person to develop their sales skills at a healthtech startup!
Key Requirements
In this role, you will be expected to drive growth in our Small-to-Medium size Business segment. You will own your own pipeline from top-of-funnel, prospecting physician practice leads, that you ultimately work through the sales cycle to close and expansion. SaaS or Healthcare experience is a plus, specifically experience selling SaaS to physician practices.
Your Daily Adventures
- Prospecting & running meetings with prospective customers
- Effectively articulate the benefits of BrainCheck’s platform to prospective customers
- Discovering pains and connecting them to the values of our solution
- Successfully managing and overcoming prospect objections
- Building trust and legitimacy with prospects
- Meeting your activity and outcome goals, and managing your pipeline through to completion
- Guiding deals through our sales process
- Closing deals and achieving sales quota
- Attending conferences
- Unearthing, collecting, and maintaining the data needed for effective forecasting
- Diving deep into the Healthcare industry in your territory
- Collaborating closely with your teammates
- Partner with customer success to identify and drive expansion opportunities
- Contributing your insights and expertise to the Product, Marketing, Success, and other teams to make BrainCheck a better company
About You
- You love the change and growth that comes with a start up.
- 2-3 years of sales or related experience, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare space
- You have proven success as a key contributor to the overall growth of a company as well as your own quota
- You are self motivated and driven! We have the resources and training, you drive the results
- You are flexible and adaptable. All deals are unique! Can you clearly articulate business value, impact and ROI?
- Saas experience and/or Healthcare industry experience is preferred
- Experience using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other sales enablement tools are preferred
