JOB OVERVIEW :
As a leading natural brain supplement company, we are looking for a passionate and talented CREATIVE & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER and the SENIOR DIRECTOR OF BRAND & CREATIVE SERVICES to join our team in support of Marketing and Sales assets, content, and administrative support related to sales assets, social media assets, and brand assets.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative looking to apply their skills in a dynamic entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. In this position, you'll closely collaborate with our Brand, Sales and Marketing department leads to create compelling sales and marketing materials, website brand content, brand hero content and support various administrative tasks and projects that require presentations and materials to various departments.
Your responsibilities will include designing and developing presentations for the purpose of internal and external use, sales sheets, sales presentation decks for key accounts, video and static content, creating engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, brand sponsorship materials, trade show assets such as banners, flyers, branded furniture, and assisting in plans of execution.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing departments to design and develop brand hero content (video and static).
- Sales Decks and sales assets
- Amazon Creative assets (weekly updates for Amazon packaging, etc)
- Create engaging visuals for campaigns and advertisements.
- Create social media content
- Assist in developing internal and external presentation materials.
- Design and maintain brand assets like printed brochures, online banners, social media ads, product packaging, and brand identity assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions
- Create / work with video / audio content for various platforms such as company websites, social media channels, YouTube, email marketing campaigns (we use Klaviyo), digital advertisements, etc.
- Provide files in the production-ready format required by various vendors, e.g., printers, web developers, etc.
- Design and Create weekly newsletters for customers & accounts
- Creative and Asset management seeking accuracy, brand quality control, and accuracy of use of logos, color-codes, SKU details, etc.
- Track and manage creative projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for project execution.
- Oversee creative requests, revisions, and approvals for consistency.
- Create high-quality 3D product renderings for sales, e-commerce, social media, and marketing.
