We are seeking a Project Manager to our growing Client Services team. In this role, you'll have the chance to manage 1 to 5 projects of various sizes from start to finish.

- To Note: This role is for an immediate project need. Candidates will be onboarded on a contract-basis with potential to become a permanent employee.*
- Manage all client project phases including AI projects, UX/UI design, and software development for 1 to 5 engagements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while adhering to established methodology and processes.
- Organize and facilitate weekly client-facing meetings.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans & other project artifacts.
- Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, including the creation of user stories and the facilitation of functional requirements documentation.
- Manage all project finances by tracking hours and cost against budget on a weekly basis, project future expenditures and revenue, and manage project scope changes against budget.
- Look for opportunities to expand within the account and facilitate opportunities internally.
- Facilitate the scoping and estimation of existing client projects.
- Create weekly status reports, client-friendly schedules, milestone plans, and deliverable progress reports.
- Update Resource Plan for your projects on a weekly basis.
- Be the point person for client communications related to projects.
- Build meaningful relationships with your client contacts.
- 3 to 6 years of client-facing project management experience in a digital agency or tech-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing budgets of $250K for enterprise-level clients.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Proficiency with Harvest, Basecamp, JIRA, and Confluence.
