The engineer will work closely with users and management to provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions across Windows and Citrix environments.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize between production escalations, tickets, and project implementations.

- To Note: This role requires to be onsite in our HQ office in Great Neck, New York 4-days per week*
- Design, implement, and support Windows Active Directory (AD) services including FSMO, DNS, and replication.
- Deploy and manage Citrix environments (on-prem, hybrid, and cloud) including NetScaler, ADC, WEM, XenApp, XenDesktop, and GSLB.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Implement and support SAML/SSO integrations with Citrix.
- Maintain Windows Certification Authority infrastructure (ADCS).
- Audit AD and Windows environments and apply security and configuration policy updates.
- Utilize monitoring and automation tools like ControlUp and PDQDeploy.
- Communicate professionally in a corporate environment and work within a global IT team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
- Deep expertise in Citrix design, implementation, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows AD, GPOs, and security configurations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience working with SAML, SSO, and ADCS.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing) and virtualization platforms (VMware).
- Knowledge of ITILv3 principles (certification preferred).
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Fuze, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
