Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of leadership experience in all functions of Human Resources
- Strategic leadership experience at both a large and medium-size manufacturer. CPG experience preferred.
- Manufacturing environment experience working in a large manufacturing facility on employee safety and productivity initiatives is a MUST
- Demonstrated success leading HR initiatives at all levels of an organization, preferably in a multinational environment
- Experience working for a company that has been acquired or invested in by a private equity firm is a plus
- Self-starter with a willingness to roll up the sleeves, dig in to solve issues and deliver results, and work in an environment that embraces change
- Ability to be a true business partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and the entire executive team and board. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
