We’re hiring an Operations Manager to join Bramlett Partners, a highly successful real estate brokerage focused on building the best team in Central Texas (not the biggest!). This is an on-site position with flexible hours to avoid traffic, located at [Insert Office Address]. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities | As the Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire our staff and virtual assistants to achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Implement and execute goal-driven strategies, focusing on our #1 priority: attracting agents to spend time in our amazing office.
  • Manage and enhance our operational systems and workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee events, training sessions, and team-building activities in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive accountability by aligning efforts with company OKRs and utilizing management frameworks such as The 4 Disciplines of Execution.
  • Engage directly with staff and agents to foster collaboration and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in hours to ease commuting. You’ll work closely with our small and incredibly effective team in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • A valid real estate license.
  • Proven experience managing agents and staff in a real estate environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with management frameworks like The 4 Disciplines of Execution, Radical Candor, and Measure What Matters is a plus.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with direct task execution.
