The Opportunity And It’s Requirements:
This opportunity will involve managing our retail shop and caring for our sweet little plants, maintaining our quaint shop front, engaging with our clients, family and team, delivering florals and gifts to our clients doorstep. The less glamorous but equally rewarding tasks include prepping vases, buckets and supplies, shopping and running errands. Floral design is a surprising physical job that will require long periods of time on your feet, carrying, lifting and moving 50lbs plus on a regular basis.
Key Qualifications include:
Experience in floral design is a MUST
Oversee and schedule staff
Meet sales driven goals
Inventory
Communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of the local area
Ability to engage with clients and team members
Ability to be prompt
Ability to work quickly
Ability to work independently
Courteous to other vendors
Willingness to learn and lend a hand as needed
