Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and care. We are PPO/FFS.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, and extractions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions in accordance with practice policies.
- Educate patients on oral health care practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- GPR/AEGD is preferred and 1-2 years of experience is a plus.
- Valid state dental license with no restrictions on practice, DEA, CDS and Malpractice Insurance.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical records management.
- Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred.
- Experience in Molar Endo, Implant Placement is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.
Salary - $600-800/Daily or 30% of Adjusted Production
