We are seeking individuals with house supervisory experience. This experience can be in one or more locations and must be verifiable. We have 8 houses strong in the Greenfield area and growing. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in house supervision that can be verified. Must provide references from past employers. High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation that is with you during your shift, active auto insurance, current vehicle registration, clean criminal history and driving record. Current CPR/First Aid preferred Candidates should be proficient with communication, dependable, caring, flexible and willing to learn. Must be proficient in documentation and have the ability to train other staff to perform up to company standards. Will also be required to review all documentation for accuracy and compliance to company regulations.
Responsibilities vary per homesite, but may include: Supervising staff in-house on procedures, ensuring staff follows policies and administers quality care to our individuals. Must be a good communicator and be able to work with a wide variety of individuals. Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene. Complete and update daily paperwork accurately. Transport individuals to job, various community activities and doctor appointments. Assist with teaching about and preparing healthy meal plans to encourage optimal health. Exhibit flexibility to changing situations and be able to adapt, as necessary. Participate in and orchestrate required meetings and training.
