– 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing or mentoring teams.
– Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including experience managing product and sprint backlogs.
– Proven experience translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and departments.
– Expertise in process modeling, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
– Experience working with enterprise-level systems and multi-module applications.
– Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management platforms.
– Experience with statistical tools and data analysis is a plus.
– CBAP, CSPO, PMP, or other relevant certifications are preferred.

- Assign, prioritize, and oversee team workloads to ensure optimal performance and timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular peer reviews and provide coaching to help team members meet project goals and deadlines.
- Oversee the gathering and analysis of business requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Lead the documentation of detailed business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria, supporting the development of system enhancements.
- Ensure consistent use of requirements management tools and methodologies within the team.
