Bring to life the Brand Enhance Experience as our newest Employee Relations
Coordinator
As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will provide thought partnership to our
field and corporate teams to ensure an exceptional employee experience as well as supporting
development and career growth at Brand Enhance. You will do this by conducting timely
employee relations investigations and make recommendations on the appropriate course of
action in partnership with the Human Resources Manager and other key stakeholders. You will
have the important responsibility to provide meaningful feedback to employees and leaders in
a way that is emphatic, thoughtful and individualized to help drive individual full career
potential. You will help support HR initiatives including, but not limited to, coaching,
performance management, employee communications and employee engagement initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is driven, passionate, kind/team player, and looking to grow
their career in HR with a successful business. This is a remote role based in either Los Angeles or
Orange County, CA and will require periodic in person meetings and site visits.
In this role, you will:
Support and drive all employee relations needs through timely, thorough, fair and sound
investigative processes.
Provide guidance and solutions, coaching, and providing support to leaders related to the
accountability and the development of team members.
Conduct analysis based on employee relations data to develop insights and make
recommendations to continue the evolution of our employee experience.
Support and oversee the performance management process and progressive discipline process
including identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Support the HR team with employee communications initiatives that bring to life the culture
and spirit of Brand Enhance.
Identify employee engagement opportunities and lead projects and initiatives.
Lead special projects as needed.

Always composed and capable of managing confidential information with sound
judgement and discretion.
Demonstrated leadership, engagement, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Thrive at managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional writing skills in both composing and editing in a professional but warm
manner.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity
with SharePoint is a plus.
Proficient with digital media (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adjust to dynamic environment.

Years of Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources role required.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
