Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). At Brand Innovators, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified self-sufficient sales development coordinator to support our SVP of Partnerships (and others where needed) with lead generation, appointment setting, and general sales administration and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate prospect sponsor leads through research and identify key decision makers within sales, marketing, events, and leadership departments
- Create and deploy sales sequences via HubSpot, as well as other avenues including LinkedIn, with prospective and existing sponsors
- Schedule 1:1 meetings with prospective and existing sponsors via email and direct messaging
- Assist in administrative tasks such as proposal writing and contracts and working with other internal departments to complete projects such as inventory or materials request
- Identify and help launch best practices to refine the company’s lead generation efforts
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
Qualifications
- Driven, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- 2-4 years of lead generation and/or inside sales and business development experience
- Ability to work independently and remotely, but closely collaborate with manager daily
- Expertise of HubSpot sales tools and LinkedIn sales navigator is a plus
- Knowledge of advertising, marketing and technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
