Description :
The Director, Client Solutions will serve as the senior lead and account owner for a select group of Fortune 10 enterprise clients leveraging BN’s employee influencer technology and services. As the relationship owner for these high-value accounts, you will build and nurture long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, ensuring that BN’s solutions drive measurable business results. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within these accounts and overseeing the successful delivery of BN’s solutions.
This role demands strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You will report into the VP, Client Solutions while supervising and providing guidance on day-to-day tasks to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary relationship owner for enterprise clients, cultivating deep, strategic partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including expanding program scope, deepening platform usage, and establishing new partnerships.
Oversee the execution of client delivery, managing staffing, tools, and processes to optimize team performance and ensure seamless program execution.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media, marketing, and advertising.
Requirements
Experience :
8 years of client-facing experience in account management, client services, or a similar role within marketing, advertising, or social media, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level position.
