The Role
The Director of Client Solutions role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships within an established portfolio of accounts while identifying growth opportunities across our current client base. This is an active, client-facing role designed for a collaborative, relationship-driven professional who excels at understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving account growth.
As Director of Client Solutions, you will be instrumental in managing and growing relationships with market research agencies, ad agencies, and consulting firms. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying ways to increase value for existing clients and optimizing their use of Emporia's platform. While primarily focused on account management and growth, there will be opportunities to pursue new business within your network and assigned leads.
The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator with a proven ability to foster deep client relationships. You are skilled at balancing strategic planning with hands-on engagement to ensure that accounts are retained, grown, and consistently satisfied with their partnership with Emporia.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to align strategies and enhance the client experience. Additionally, you’ll provide feedback to product and engineering teams on client needs and potential product enhancements while monitoring account performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.

- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client accounts, focusing on relationship development and revenue growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts by understanding client business goals and challenges.
- Develop relationships with key client stakeholders to create champions and deepen partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns aimed at client retention and account expansion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, working closely with the Operations team to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on client interactions and industry trends.
- Represent Emporia at industry networking events and conferences, strengthening our brand presence and client connections.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, leveraging client relationships and project pipeline insights.
- Monitor account performance metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Emporia's account management processes and tools in HubSpot.
