Salary Range: $74,400 - $111,600

 

Reports To: Senior Director, External Affairs

Job Summary

 

Support day-to-day strategy and implementation of the organization’s corporate digital presence. Lead and support the drafting and implementation of external and internal website content, email communications, social media, podcasts, video campaigns, and web/social analytics to align with strategic branding, corporate communications, and business goals.

 

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Support and execute digital communications strategies, to enhance design and functionality and increase engagement and performance across internal and external channels.
  • Manage, execute and support web content and SEO strategies.
  • Manage newsletter distribution, including coordinating, compiling, and drafting content as well as distribution list management and maintenance.
  • Implement corporate social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube).
  • Manage the organization’s corporate email strategy to include editorial calendar, content, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop new approaches and digital products.
  • Work across the department and organization to share information.

Job Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing and communications, with skills in web design, graphic design, communications.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills, especially interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
  • Expertise in email communication, including best practices and compliance with global data regulations.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web-based CMS (Drupel), HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (Sprout) and digital communications and CMS tools (marketing cloud, Salesforce, video and audio production).
  • Knowledge of and experience in graphic design (using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Knowledge of AP style preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage workloads.
  • Experience using AI tools preferred.
  • One to three years DMO experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel on occasion as required to attend meetings and/or events.
  • Ability to frequently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • May require more than forty (40) hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.

Schedule

 

Brand USA’s business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our standard work hours may vary based upon position requirements. Additional hours may be required during peak times, which may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines.
