As a Busser, you will assist servers and contribute to an exceptional dining experience by maintaining the cleanliness of tables, assisting with food service, and providing support to the kitchen staff. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Help with the organization of utensils, glassware, and napkins in the service area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Support catering events as required by assisting with setup and breakdown of dining areas.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
