We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, including Toast POS and OpenTable.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and culinary offerings to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS and OpenTable, is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
