Job Type : Full-Time Travel : Up to 100% Salary : Hourly Range : $27.15 - $43.45 and benefit package per Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Duties / Responsibilities / Physical Requirements :
- Dismantle and reassemble gasoline & diesel equipment using various hand tools and / or hoists
- Repair & replace major components, damaged and warn parts
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
- Determine nature and extent of equipment failures
- Identify required repair parts & supplies
- Document maintenance and repair work performed
- Record parts and supply usage
- Agility to access and repair components on heavy equipment
- Agility to climb onto, into and out of equipment using ladder
- Agility to walk and work on uneven surfaces
- Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, bend, lift, push / pull and / or reach frequently
- Agility, bodily coordination & dexterity of hands and feet
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the supervisor
- Ability to work productively in personal protective equipment throughout work shift in all weather conditions
- Perform safety sensitive tasks
- Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
- Regular and Predictable Performance
Education / Experience : Candidates must have a HS diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years' experience repairing heavy equipment Job Specific Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
