Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Disassemble and reassemble heavy and mobile equipment to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair.
- Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test all equipment to ensure functionality.
- Utilize propylene cutting rig.
- Repair equipment using MIG and/or stick welding.
- Enter data for repairs, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, inventory check out, and time.
- Complete daily work and training on computers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass Bennett Mechanical II test.
- At least 3 years' experience with heavy and mobile equipment repair.
- Diesel Certification required.
- Air Conditioning Certification or equivalent required.
- Caterpillar and Kubota engine repair experience, certifications, or education a plus.
- Hydraulics Systems troubleshooting repair required.
- Must understand schematics to troubleshoot 12 and 24-volt heavy equipment systems.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Computer literate.
