Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong background in sales. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the car buying process, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Your expertise in automotive sales and inventory management will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and maintaining dealership standards.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership's system.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring proper display on the lot.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new models, features, and industry trends.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and customer records efficiently.
- Proficient in math for calculating payments, financing options, and discounts.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
- A valid driver's license is required for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
