Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone and email.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and promote services.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette during all interactions.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary.
• Utilize office software to document customer interactions and update records efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in outbound calling and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for documentation.
• Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
• Experience in cash handling is a plus but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
